Our team is thinking about making a ramp from on top of our bot swing over and out past the ramp of the 1st platform of the HAB Zone. If the ramp touches the ground, but we can still sit there and be supported and keep our bumpers above the platform without needing that flopped out ramp part, does the flopped out ramp still count as supporting our bot?
In the past, that would be probably be ruled as making you not supported. I would ask Q&A when it opens to confirm for this year.
The bigger problem is the whole 30" extension rule, R4, which isn’t waived during the match that I can find. That’s going to be an awful steep ramp.
