I’ll start. We ended up getting the following (530 credits spent)
FC Round 1 Receiving List
2 Spark Maxes
4 REV 40A breakers
1 Radio
1 Microsoft Lifecam
1 $20 voucher protopasta
2 black duct tape
1 red duct tape
1 blue duct tape
1 Kettering whiteboard
1 bump on pack
1 command strip pack
Compared to our 4079 FIRST Choice Round 1 Request List (42.4 KB), we didn’t get the items we really hoped for (We unironically wanted those TTB hex spacers!!!). This post isn’t to call out vendors or anything (REV and TTB donated so much product for FC this year tysm ). I was just curious as to what other teams got vs what they asked for on their list.
4x Spark MAX (really lucky for both teams. To get their top item)
2x Robot Radio
8x 40A Breakers
1x $20 Protopasta Voucher
1x Roll of VHB Tape
4x USB to Ethernet Cables
1x Servo Power Module
2x 50ft Ethernet Cable
2x RSL
1x Bumpon Pack (the goat)
Really bummed we didn’t get our top priority (Spark Max motor controllers), but otherwise can’t really complain about our haul.
2x NEO550
2x NEO
1x Robot Radio
1x Robot Signal Light
4x Rev 40A Breaker
1x Rev Color Sensor
4x Batty Cable
1x Limit Switch Kit
1x Limit Switch ONLY
2x CIM Motor (all the way down at priority #25 )
2x NEO
1x Radio
4x 40A breaker
1x Color Sensor
2x Limit Switch
1x Snow Blower Motor
1x Radial Wheel size 2
1x Radial Wheel size 3
Didn’t get a lot of stuff we would have preferred. I wonder if FIRST uses the priority lists to help “right-size” the KOP and FIRST Choice the following year? I’m sure there would be some great indications in there of what teams really want!
5x Stratasys 3D printers
3x rolls of retro reflective tape
6x throttle motors
4x control system layout posters (CTRE only)
5x large fans
10x 2019 cargo which my students use as hats
