What kind of hooks are you using? Static, Spring loaded, rotating?
Show us what you are using?
I really like these

We are using pretty normal static hooks that will likely be plasma cut. This is only because the climber in a box hooks are out of stock. We plan to use hooks similar though
We’re using static hooks on our main climber arms (two of them) that will pull us up and will tilt to reach for higher bars. We also have a set of non-tilting hooks (also two) that are sprung in one direction and hold the robot on the bar just climbed while the tilting hooks reach for the next bar up.
I wasn’t involved in making the hooks, but I think they were cut out of a 4"x1/4"x4’ bar of aluminum. They are static-mounted. (Literally the same hook design as what we used last year.) It’s still very much a WIP so not sure how well they are going to work.
