What is different (rules) this year!

Lets start a thread of the rules last year that are missing this year. Or are they missing? At least I can find no reference to them.

  1. SPI $$$$$. I guess there is no such amount.

  2. BOM for the Robot? To present to the inspectors.

  3. Cost of the robot, how much we are allowed to spend?

Others???

Exactly where do we submit questions? Specific person? What is the process going to be? many questions will slow build if we get an answer we did not anticipate.
