What is the definiton of level on the charge station?

What i mean by this is, does the charge station define level perfectly, or is there some angle of tolerence that is acceptable?

2.5 degrees of tolerance for the level, also shown by the lights on the station

In theory? Within 2.5 degrees of horizontal.
In practice? When the lights turn on.

Essentially, the charging station is level when the limit switches inside the structure say it is. According to the manual, this should happen when it is within 2.5 degrees of level
