Does anyone know? I’m going to run a test with 25 feet but I’m just wondering if anyone’s hit the limit?
the system is limited by the electrical and timing characteristics of a CAN bus. The specification requires that the total length of a CAN bus, including all stubs, should not exceed 131 feet. Additionally, the specification recommends limiting the number of devices connected to a single CAN bus segment to less than or equal to 32. Your milage will very however. Have fun and test it out.
