Too Many Guys:Not enough Girls
3/4 of our team is made up of boys. It is kinda sad…but all the girls on the team are a big part. They help alot. Maybe alot more combine than what the boys do :rolleyes: haha im just kidding wildstang boys.

I don’t know the whole team, but I believe that about two-thirds of my team are boys. But if you just count the manufacturing team of the team, then it’s about half and half assuming that all members on the team are active members.
ahh, well you can say it’s pretty much half and half for us. well, i think theres a few more girls then boys, like 1 or 2 it think not sure, hehe yes i do have to check and see for myself. i forgot to think about that, hehe, but boys are good for one thing and girls are good for another too! =)

We have about 40 students working actively on the team. 25 girls and 15 boys.
Our team, about 13 boys to 3 girls…
last year in lego league it was one girl, me, to the 10 or so boys…

~20 guys and 2 girls on the official team. The lowest it’s ever been 
We have nine girls on the team, making up about a quarter of the entire team. Most are working in manufacturing and electronics and programming, while some lead our Publicity, Outreach, and Promotions team.
we have one girl on our team and she is always going to the basketball games instead of robotics
we have no girls what so ever but we are looking to recruit girls.
100% girls, and they are loving every minute of it.
Well, our shopping subteam is 100% girls… other than that, we don’t let girls do stuff.

All the same aren’t there better things to strive for in FIRST than this?

Team 319 is all boys… sometimes it gets pretty crazy in the shop
It is the exact opposite for us. We keep losing the participation of girls. We have one girl leftand she is leaving this year so next year I don’t think we will have any.
our team has always had about 2 more girls than boys, and our team has never been over about 20-23 kids…i guess the girls are more interested in it at our school
