What’s going on with BaneBots?

I can’t get adequate customer service from BaneBots. They won’t answer the phone (and believe me, I’ve tried, all day long for a few days now) and when they do answer emails - they won’t have a conversation with you (asked when does my order ships/delivers, they told me that it’s out for delivery, asked them for the tracking number - no answer so far).

Does anyone have better contact information with the guys over there? That would be super helpful…
