+1, figure out who the various stakeholders of your team are who might not technically be on the team. A secretary who coordinated deliveries or parent who brought food to many meetings would be very appreciative of the recognition. Sending one and a shirt to another team who helped you out at competition could be a kind gesture as well.

Aside from the good suggestions above, you may want to check with your alliance partners, especially those with larger teams. A lot of larger teams end up ordering medals at the end of the season to ensure all members can get one.

Your team might grow in future years, and you’ll be the ones looking for enough medals to go around.

There’s a few teams that have been selling the older ones on eBay iirc, but that’s probably more hassle than it’s worth.
