When do you find out your second event?

Second event registration ends 10/17 so I’d assume they will release the results within a day or two from that.

EST/EDT. Same thing. You can’t run on both at the same time. Being forced to wake up one hour early, getting an extra hour of sleep… can’t we all just skip the daylight savings?

Not the same thing. one is -5 hours, the other is -4 hours. If your clock is set to one while everyone else is set to the other, you’ll be an hour off. While an area can’t be in both at once, it is entirely possible to have a clock on the wrong one.

It’s an important distinction - we are currently in EDT, and don’t change back until the first weekend in November. So saying EST based is actually wrong - it’ll close at 11 EST, which is 12 EDT.
