You might be thinking to yourself, “sure I know when Kickoff is if I lived in Manchester, NH but I’m one of the 7.799 billion people in the world who doesn’t live there.” This might cause you anger or confusion. Currently sitting in Dallas wondering if the timing is based on my current location, location where I made my new CD account (Philadelphia), or listed CD hometown (Los Angeles).

Now, if only the had the exact time for the game animation starting…

I’d prefer to be asleep until about 5 minutes before that.

Clicking on any of the time stamps above will give you a time zone what the time is given and other major cities with the time shown in their respective zones. You should be able to figure out your timings from that.
