Where are the reflective strips described in the 2017 rules?

I can’t find anything in the rules describing the reflective strips that can be used for locating the pegs in autonomous. I’ve been looking in the rules but I might not know what I’m looking for.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or link me to the right section?
