It is the only invitational in Connecticut until the next school year! The cost will be $200 per team.

I really want to bring our team to this event, especially with the Battlecry date change to May. Keep us updated.
Team 558 is definately interested in attending. Would be great to do an offseason event in the spring and another (BATB) in the fall.
How many teams are you planning to limit it to?
What is the MAX number of teams you plan on limiting the Invitational to?
Gus will be there, you can count on it.
Yes we set this date after talking to our friends at Battlecry. It is the date they would have used this year if there was not work being done their campus
We are planning on a smaller number of teams for our first year. Most likely 24.
We haven’t yet figured out our summer tournament schedule, but 1519 is definitely interested in attending if our schedule permits us to participate.
I’ve been checking the site regularly, but don’t see any information up yet. Do you know when registration will begin? We don’t want to miss this one!!

When is the deadline for registration? My team is definitely planning on coming, but I looked through the registration form and saw that we need to fill out the number of students/mentors attending. We’re not planning to meet again until after our April break is over, and we’re going to meet once or twice a week instead of six times a week, so I just want to make sure we have time to ask everyone.
Just sent off our registration form. I estimated the number of students and mentors that will be attending based on our typical attendance at competitions, as we will probably not be meeting again for a couple of weeks.
Who should checks be made out to and what is the dealine for sending checks?

We’re holding a NEMO meeting at BattleCry - any interest in holding one at WIWI? If so, I will contact the organizers and see if we can arrange for it.

With about a month left to go, the countdown to the Team 1071’s 1st Annual Where’s Wolcott Invitational is underway!
Come be a part of the 24 teams competing in this exciting new off-season event!
Not only will this be a great competition, but the road trip to the small town of Wolcott will be an excellent team bonding experience!

Food will be provided by Team 228. Team GUS’s breakfast and lunch menu will include egg sandwiches, pulled pork, fantastic hotdogs, and much much more!!!
