Where to find the Rule Manual?

OK, havent been on my computer long and checked the first website. Havent done this before and not sure where to look for game manual. And where to put in the code from the kickoff. Please help. Thanks

I believe they already took off the encryption (the entire manual .zip didn’t require it)
