This seems like a very rookie question, but where so you go or how do you know which world champion event you qualify for? Is there a map? Or is it just broken down by region and districts?

It can be found here. Make sure you go to the second page. The first page was for the 2017 championship.
Plus by going to the blue alliance and searching your team number should also tell you. It would be in the header for your team’s page.
