1323 and 1114 have both gone undefeated. 1114 tied 1 match though.

It really depends on what metric you use to determine what team is “the best”. If going undefeated is what you care about, 1323 and 1114 are up there. I would recommend taking a look at Stykes Scouting Database, you can sort teams based on whole bunch of metrics, such as Elo, win margin, ranking points, auto points and so forth.
