Possible others from the Junior event are 4917 and 5031 who stand out particularly strong and have a good chance of moving on to the senior event.

5036 will be at the junior event, and hopefully the senior one! We’ve made some improvements to our robot since it was a GTR-E, increasing versatility and reliability.

Thanks for mentioning 4917! I’m excited to get up at 4:30 AM tomorrow, haha.

I competed at Racha Cha Ruckus and just a heads up 1241 and 1285 completely changed there designs so for teams doing pre scouting you might want to see if there are videos of them.

As usual the webcast is available at watchfirstnow.com the link is also submitted to TBA so it should be there soon as well.

Someone can fill in the rest of the details, but here’s what I remember.

Junior Event:
Winners: 5807, 4917, 746

Senior Event:
Winners: 5807, 2056, 2013
Finalists: 610, 1241, 188

Senior Alliances:

  1. 5807, 2056, 2013
  2. 610, 1241, 188
  3. 1325, 865, 3710
  4. 4917, 2852, 4678

These were ridiculously strong elimination rounds. Of the 11 teams who competed last season, 10 of them were either Regional/Division winners or finalists.

And the 12th had an Einstein caliber robot. (Not that it’s easy to just pick up someone else’s robot and drive it, it just adds to the level of how great these playoff rounds were.)
