Hello FIRST community (and happy almost kickoff)! Over the past few years, Team 3322 Eagle Evolution has worked to build our project management system through Notion. While Notion is a 3rd party system, it allows complete control from the creator to create Kanban boards, lists, SOP documents, member directories, or anything else your team may need! Using this, Team 3322 has built our own FIRST Robotics template, relevant to all FIRST Robotics teams, and stress tested with many iterations over the past few seasons. This template can be downloaded and adapted for your own team’s use or just used to cross-reference the project management system you currently have.
