Woodie Flowers Memorial Grant Elligibility

Hello, I am a graduating senior from FRC Team 8567. The life and legacy of Woodie Flowers resonates with me, and I am interested in applying for the Woodie Flowers Memorial Grant.

However, I’m not sure if I am eligible. According to the description, students must be one of “last year’s FTC or FRC Dean’s List Award winners.” I was nominated by my team for the Dean’s List Award and was interviewed at the 2023 Greater Boston District Event, but I was not the 2023 Greater Boston Dean’s List Award Recipient. Am I eligible to apply for the grant?

I believe it is limited to the 10 winners at champs from FRC and FTC.

You are a Dean’s List Quarterfinalist

The people who win at District Events Are Dean’s List Semifinalists (These are what people nominated at Regionals are also called)

The people who win at District Champs or Regionals are Dean’s List Finalists

Then the 10 people who win at Champs are Dean’s List Award Winners.

Minor correction here.

All students nominated by their teams are Dean’s List semi-finalists. There is no additional title for winning at a District Qualifying Event.

Ok that makes more sense

Although there kind of is an alternate title it looks like which is District Championship Dean’s List Semi-Finalist
