Word Links

This game was originally invented by my uncle, who is a software designer and specializes in making puzzle- type games.

This is how the game is played:
(its somewhat similar to Word Association)

A person posts a 2-3 word familiar phrase.
There is no strict limit on the number of words… just keep it short and simple

For example: “feet per** second**”

The next person to post will take the last word of phrase posted by the person before them and use it as their first word. They will then add their own second word to make a new phrase.
For example: “second chance”

Here is another example:

1st person
“car crash”

2nd person
“crash course”

3rd person
“course book”

4th person
“book store”

5th person
“store front”

6th person
“front door”

… and so on.

So without further ado, here is the first phrase:

Gracious Professional

Hint: so now, the next person has to post a 2-3 word phrase beginning with “Professional”…

Professional DDRtist

Just a hint… try to keep the phrase simple. And try to use common expressions.

I’ll come up with the next phrase since this one is pretty hard.

DDRists are cool

cool car

car racing

racing pulse

pulse rate

rate of speed

speed of light

light ray

ray of light

light blue

blue demons

demons of the night

night hawk

hawk-eye

Eye for an eye, (same word, so…) tooth for a tooth

Tooth Fairy

Lumina the Fairy (Sonic Shuffle, Dreamcast)

Rule breaker. The first word was supposed to be fairy…

But, anyway…

fairy tale
