[WRRF]: 2007 CalGames Detailed Volunteer Info

It’s that time of the year again, it’s time to get ready for CalGames 2007!

We’ve recruited a majority of volunteers needed for the competition. We’ve organized almost all of 30 teams to help us with setup/tear down before and after the competition. Here are some detailed volunteer info for them.

The attached pdf file(s) should tell you and your team everything you signed up for. It gives you directions to Woodside High School or WRRF Storage Space, it tells you when you need to show up, where you need to check in when you arrive, and who to talk to after you got checked in. It also gives you a brief schedule and contact information if you need it.

Let’s start off with the 2007 Setup/tear down Macro flow chart.

This should give you an idea what works need to be done before and after the competition. This flow chat is divided by 7 time slots, slots which teams can sign up for to get their $100 volunteer deposit back, plus several other time slots that teams are not responsible for.

This chart is still work in process, details are still being finalized. However, it should give you a good idea how much work needs to be done before and after the competition in October.
