Congratulation to all 24 Cal Games Teams for an incredible event! As someone who has been to every California Robot Games since 2000, our event yesterday is in fact the most successful one in the brief history of Western Region Robotics Forum, which can’t be pulled off without the dedication and hard work of all 24 participating teams and 2 volunteering teams.

I’ve never seen so many teams willing to step up to the plate and volunteer at our planning meetings, event setup/clean up, and competition. In my mind, these teams are all ready for the up coming season of FIRST competition, and whatever path that follow the 2007 competition in the years to come.

Hats off to the following teams:

Incredible is an understatement :stuck_out_tongue:

It was truly a wonderful day.

Second. I look forward to being a part of it again!

Agreed, no doubt that i will be a part of it next, via mentor or “announcer” (look out Dave, I’m coming for your job  ) Really, looking forward to it next year.

On behalf of team 1280, the Ragin’ C-Biscuits, I’d like to thank all of the people who spent countless hours making the Cal Games possible. This is such a great way for students new to robotics to find out what FIRST Robotics is all about.

Again thank you so much.

We had a lot of fun too… Remember… Never underestimate the Garbage Can!!!
