Gyahh… Okay, these are looooong overdue, but need to be said.
Thanks Kate an Kates family for hostin me at kickoff. I dunno if I woulda made it otherwise, an ah course if you’ll still have me I’m up for 2002. Colleen and Nate (not to mention Sumo Monkey on the last day) definitely helped make my stay at Kate’s a blast.
Then there’s Jessica, Jason, Katie (still have yer bottle cooler), Bobby from the media tent, and, um… doh! I’m going to get killed over this one for fergettin people, but everyone who worked together as volunteer crew that listened and added to my insane ramblings of what the game was going to be this year at kickoff and participated in my insane unicycling, pogo-sticking, and kazooing at nationals.
Kelly Stanphill, Laura London, Dan Gee, Tom Gray, and Ted Boardman, all supporting me and my ideas (I’ve got quite a few=^). Then of course there’s always Dean an Woody for startin the competition. And anyone I’ve left out, please let me know. I’ll make sure I get back at myself somehow for that…
Although I dont plan to follow a career in engineering, I do plan to stick with FIRST and make sure I bring it along with me, where ever I go. So dont be surprised when I make it in the entertainment biz and start bringing celebrities into FIRST .
Or at least you’ll all still be able to pick my brain for ideas that are definitely on the edge.
PS - Wildstang, if you want, you just may have a new team member this coming year… Second City, here I come…

I miss Katie…she was such a sweetie! I completely forget what team she was on…
You forgot the really nice ladies that help coordinate the Philadelphia regional that were volunteering with us…they were awesome too!
And even though I ruined a pair of good shorts by the grease that came off the pogo stick I still had an awesome time…I adored “Media Tent Madness 2001”
Long live “Super Mega FIRST Man!” (or at least I think thats what we called you with the water coolers on)
hehehe… Sumo, Sumo, Sumo! Kinda scares me that you remember that… :). Your crazy stand-up act was the greatest, Thanks for the entertainment when my silly Sumo antics wore off… they lasted what… a whole 2 minutes at the most…

Of course we remember that =) I’d still have pictures of it too, if the team that was letting me use some of their web space for various FIRST-related projects hadn’t switched servers without giving me a chance to get my stuff backed up…(for those of you who were wondering, no, not this site)…maybe I’ve still got the disk somewhere, I have my doubts though…

Any time…I’d be willing to take part in a 2002 repeat myself…however, I might have somebody else traveling with me over there(if I make it at all) and I dunno if there’d be enough room for everybody…we’ll see…
You know those pictures, they should really just stay lost… I’m thinking its for the better of certain parties, or peoples involved if they stayed lost…
