I remember the year 1999 vaguely. This is the year with the floppies and raising them 8 ft in the air and the annoying “puck” in the middle that was movable… I remember that on your robot you had a claw that could lift the robot off of the ground using the vertical pole. My question is “Do you have any pictures or CAD drawings of this claw device?”
Also how did you line up with the pole to be able to lift yourself? Anything would be helpful.
