We had an amazing number of applicants for the 2022 IRI, over 90! The selection team had a real challenge to get to our limit of 50-56 teams, and there are many really good teams that did not get an invite.

We are excited to see what this competition brings us!

The 2022 Invitation List is below. Email invites were sent to these teams, and a status email was sent to those teams that were not selected for this year.

You’ll have to wait until July 15th. Believe it or not that thing takes FOREVER to ship! Pretty nice chokehold strat though, not gonna lie. Good think we have some extra poundage for iri to play with.

I’m wicked excited for IRI this year. This team list is incredible! I can only imagine the difficult decisions that were made to get the list down to just 56 teams!

I can’t wait to have teams from all over the US, Canada and Mexico this year!

Here’s a quick histogram of IRI invitees’ OPRs (bin width of 2 points). Scary/fun that the median OPR is 50 points, and there’s a big cluster of 6 teams above 66 points!
